FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes and no. Part of our initial asessment process will be about working out what your normal eating habits and preferences are. From there we work together to optimise that to help you achieve your goals

In our initially assessment I will ask you to provide a couple of 24 hour dietary recalls so we can work out a plan from that information. Although tracking is not expected, in the initial days of your plan it recommended to keep track of what you eat and when so you can set up a routine.

This will depend on your normal habits as well as the agreed plan we have in place. If you need more guidance on this we can address that in your plan.

Flexibility is important in any diet, so this is something we can discuss with your plan. Although you may not have something specifically called a “cheat” meal in your plan, there will be inbuilt flexibility that will give you freedom of choice in what you eat

This is something that will vary depedning on goals and timelines. Generally I do not recommend daily weigh-ins or measurements unless there is an objective reason for this (ie. competition weight making)

This will depend on your progress and timeline but generally speaking weekly communication is greatly encouraged
